Due to the approaching end of the project, the round of grants applications closed on December 1, 2023 was the last one.

Purpose:
The talent grant supports stays of young scientists from 1 week up to 6 months. The following groups are considered as young scientists: Msc-students in their last year before graduation, PhD-students, Postdoctoral fellows in the first 5 years after completion of their PhD project. There are two different categories of young scientists eligible for a talent grant:
- Category 1: A young SIAM scientist who would like to visit another research group other abroad or in the Netherlands.
- Category 2: A young scientist (guest researcher) from abroad or other Dutch research group who would like to visit one of the SIAM partners.
In both cases the young scientist is expected to make a substantial impact on the SIAM gravitation program by contributing to its research.
